Stop Watches at Novice level????

Has there beena rule change, as i'm sure i've heard, and seen people wearing stop watches at novice level??

When i started eventing, you could wear a watch at novice, but not PN, then it changed to only Int. and upwards..

So has it changed again???

Yes you can now use them at Novice again. From this season.

Delighted with madam will do report later but only got back at 1 this morning! Yes first BE in double.

Bloody typical isn't it, they stopped having stopwatches the year I got to Novice level, just after I had bought one, it'll be prob a year before I get back to Novice and they'll probably change the rule again!! I think i've used my stopwatch twice in 10 years!!

We haven't bothered to use one as don't want to go any faster than he is finding easy at the moment with his breathing problem but may next year
