I'm after storage ideas to hold 3kg.
What does everyone use for supplements etc?

I never throw supplement tubs away. Great for all sorts of things. Failing that, breakfast container, fat ball tub, kitchen/cafes will have stuff delivered in large tubs-could ask your local one if they have any spare.

I've got a selection of old garlic tubs from back when it was the "in" supplement and they're so handy. A great size, plus they have a lid and handle.

But OP, if you really don't have anything lying around, have a look at food containers or tupperware, in your local supermarket or somewhere like B&M.

All my feed is stored in dust bins. All supplements are kept in plastic bins with snap on lids that I have accumulated over the years. Everything edible is kept securely in plastic bins, even carrots & I never have rats visit.

Really Useful boxes with handles that lock the lid. They are fab.

I use the bucket that has a lid that I have left from the fat balls I buy for the wild birds, it holds 5kg of powdered turmeric.

I have used an old plastic cool box. A large one can hold 6 tubs similar to this below. Not sure if a 3kg tub would fit in though.
