Straight bar and a drop noseband

Why the hell does my noseband keep slipping over the bit on one side, so that the drop ends up on top of the bit

I know madam does hold her bit on one side, but it doesn't do it on any other bits. I have fiddled and fiddled

I find drops work better with fulmer snaffles as the full cheeks stop it riding up!!!

Ahh it,s not just me then. It's fine with her other snaffles, but they are jointed

I found mine used to do this with her jointed snaffle too.
