Strange lump on ear

Can anybody tell me what this is? It seems to have grown about .5 cm since I bought this pony a couple of months ago. It doesn’t seem to bother her and she’s happy for you to touch it / her ear? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Reloading as I had to adjust size and it’s gone up blurry!

Let your vet have a look..it could be as simple as an over reaction to a bite or sting/ a benign cyst/wart or sarcoid. But if you ve noticed it growing the vet is best person to ask.
