Strange Lump

I posted last week about this, had vet out and he said it was probably a fly bite, However it still hasn't gone down, Rosie isn't lame at all but it is tender to touch, any ideas ??
seems a long time for a fly bite to stick around

Sparky had one like this by his bum hole

it has been there about 6 weeks now but has gone down and just is gradually disappearing! well its not a sarcoid and we think is a fly bite
