Strange poo!!!

Charlie has got dried diarohea on his bum cheecks. His poo is normal but before he goes he passes a brown water and a bit more when he has finished. Is this normal ? I never noticed him do it before and hes never had this muck all over him before. I havent changed his feed,I changed from hay to haylage a couple of weeks ago.Could it be conected to his cribbing? what should I do about it its been like it for 2 days.

How old is he? Sometimes the older ones get poo like that. Have you made any changes to his feed/started any new bags? It could be something to do with that.

Ah, just read that you changed from hay to haylage. It's probbably that. Give him time for his tummy to adjust. If you're really worried, give the vet a ring.
