Hi all,
went to see a couple of horses today, only had time to ride one and going back tomorrow to ride the grey. I was shown the grey and really like it BUT its front shoes are odd! The shoe seems to be a centimetre infront of his toe!!
His feet and confo look good and when i questioned the woman she said "oh, hes just slipped a shoe" I have been around/owned horses for over 35yrs and never seen this before (she said shoes were 4wks old) and that he had had a little seedy toe.
Is this a "trick"? (to mask a problem?) some kind of balance issue? Have contacted my farrier but with it being Bank hols dont expect to hear from him til later in the week so really need your advice.
