Strange swellings on my dog

Hi, my dog has developed a strange swelling or swellings on his chin.
He went to the vet last Tuesday for routine jabs and I'm certain it wasnt there then. The vet also checked him over and didn't pick up on it.
However over the weekend it's grown so may just have been very tiny.
When I first saw it I assumed he'd been bitten as we also have his little brother and they play madly for hours! However I'd have expected it to go down by now. I bathed in salt water but have not fiddled with it other than to look if it's painful (it appears not to be)
It's weeping a bit and the cotton wool last night had slight blood smears.
It's about the size of two half grapes and looks slightly like a red golf ball (pitted)
He will be visiting the vet tomorrow if I can make an appointment but any ideas?

dogs can get terrible acne on their chins, google 'acne on dogs' and go to images, does it look like any of these?
abscess possibly?

I've taken a photo but no can't post it! Duh!
Am off to google dog acne! Never ever heard of that.
I don't know, possibly a reaction to the vaccination although he had no issues last year. This was his first booster though.

Oh my gosh Shady dogs really do get acne!!! You learn something new everyday
I'd say not in this case, his side profile looks like he has a goatee now and it's also visible from the front (was first only noticeable when he rolled over)

I sent a photo to the lady who's husband bred him and who we are friends with, she suggested my puppy bite theory was correct but that it's become infected.
Hope I can get him an appointment tomorrow as I figure will only get worse until he has antibiotics? Poor dog!

Update!!! Sorry it's late. I've been ill and just not with it 😩
Shady, you were completely right! It's a nasty case of acne. The vet said most dogs have outgrown it by 18 months not just getting it but he didn't loose his teeth and fluff til really late.
I have Malaseb to clean it twice a week and if that doesn't help apparently there are lots of things to try.
Hoping it won't spread to his whole muzzle area as he's a very pretty faced dog and apparently it can scar as in humans which would be a shame.
Such a relief, I admit I was thinking along the sarcoidy tumour type route
