I think my daugther's old pony beats everyone on this one. He was caught and made no attempt to hide the fact that he was snacking on a dead seagull - gross i know but when we tried to catch him he got quite protective over his "find" and wanted to carry on eating it

My pony LOVED starburst juiceter sweets, I used to walk through his field on my way home from school and get mauled every day in hope that I had some sweets for him. He also drinks pop (especially diet coke) from the bottle and whenever he was stabled he would have his own cup of tea in a morning with 1 sugar and drink that out of the cup. He used to get very excited over that in a morning and stand there trying to reach it over his door when it was on the window opposite him whilst it cooled down.

My TB on the other hand seems to have a craving for string. Many times I have had to reach into his gob and pull string out that he is trying to eat. Yesterday he was being a bit of a kn0b and broke his tie up string, tied him to a new piece and he attempted to eat the broken part. Because he was tied up on the yard I gave him hay in a haynet (don't usually feed in one) and he spent his entire time trying to eat the actual net!
He also loves leadropes.

George ate my prawn sandwich once, I put it down out of his reach - or so I thought! I hadn't had him long and I was in a total panic because I thought he was going to be poorly - he was fine.

Was just thinking about this the other day. I walked up to my boys stable eating some prawn cocktail quavers, he instantly wanted some of what i had. I gave him one thinking he would hate it and stop pestering me....nope wolfed it down and wanted some more! They are funny!

Just remembered....I had a grumpy old section C gelding who loved cheesey quavers! I've got a picture somewhere of him trying to get into the back of my mum's car to steal them off me! He also use to steal polos if you didn't hide them well, I mean the whole packet - wrappers and all! I used to open a whole packet of polos and pt it in a line on my hand, he could take the whole lot in one go and he loved it

He also drank coke and dr pepper and loved chocolate bars.
None of the ponies I have mentioned ever had colic, I was more worried about their teeth so ended up brushing them all the time!

My Welsh Cob would give absolutely anything a try. He doesn't even mind wormer squirted in!

He loves drinking my juice (Robinsons is his preferred kind) out of its bottle or anything fizzy out of a can. He's had numerous sandwiches like ham salad, tuna, peanut butter etc.! He's also had crisps and goes crazy for anything sweet like chocolate bars / biscuits / cake. Although obviously he only gets tiny bits of this very occassionally at events :P

At the highland show on Friday he drank 1/2 a mug of red wine which mum had left too near him!! I was quite horrified.
