strange tooth!!

My pony has a strange tooth! he just lost one of his baby tooth and his new adualt thooth has come throught yellowish!! also he has a small sharp point that is below his tooth where hes baby tooth us to be and only one side has come through! has any one seen this before?? im thinking im going to get the vet out on monday!! what do u think?

Sounds pretty normal to me, unless you would like to exlain more. Such as - the point - what colour, how hard etc? You need to give the whole tooth time to come through properly.
