since there are age, height and health issue restrictions i would be inclined to agree although it is a little odd, most people after a challenge would just advertise wanting a 'project'

My local riding school has a small but very capable rider who rides anything from shetland to shires. If you are the right size, it won't matter what the horse is.

I messaged her too. She wants to improve herself and then hopefully the horse. She was fed up of people offering her dangerous horses and still asking a lot for them. So she has made an advert with all cards on the table. Seems quite a nice girl who wants to get better at riding and I think its a good idea for the braver rider. It could potentially give someones disaster horse a good home..potentially. She said she would contemplate other ridden vices too.
