I had a double broken wrist and a cyclist refused to stop and help me with a loose horse!
.

My friend was schooling one my Arabs last month an 2 bikes came whizzing down the footpath next to school, he spooked she fell off they saw her fall and didn't even stop, they are so rude round here it actually puts me off going in there on weekends.

By far the question I get the most is "How old is she/he/it?" I don't know why. It's a pretty random question.

Just this weekend she slipped on the road trotting and nearly fell. I had to leap off her to avoid her completing losing balance or falling over. I landed on my feet so it maybe just looked like a particularly dramatic dismount. The cars we were trotting to get past completely ignored us. Just drove past and left us standing. She was fine but has been funny about trotting on the road now.

I did get a random drive by of - 'Jesus he is beautiful, is he for sale?' in fairness he is and no he isnt but I took it as a compliment!

Not out hacking but in car with a friends Mum, who isnt horsey - she saw a field of white horses as we drove past said 'Those unicorns are beautiful!' and my friend corrected her by saying 'Mum those arent unicorns' and her Mums response was 'Oh yes of course, we dont have the climate for them!!!!' :p:p:p:p Honestly laughed so hard and it was so sweet I didnt have the heart to explain that unicorns arent real!!!

Walking quietly down the lane the other day when Jacob spots a car parked where there is not usually a car parked, cue getting a little on his toes. As we go past the lady has just got out the car and exclaims that he is going to poo... ''No he's not'' I tell her, 'Yes he is , his tail is up!''. Nope, he's just an Arab!

The irony is he IS a stunning horse - maybe a bit fluffy at the moment and he's a mature gent but he's very handsome indeed.
