I have just been told by a friend whos a yard owner that there have been 3 cases of strangles in the Cardiff/Caerphilly area. Its a yard on Wenallt Road and Im assuming the yard has been quarantined but dont know for certain, so be careful if you hack in that area.
In addition, some cheeky b*gg*r tried to steal a flat bed trailer from my livery yard last night at 10.30! YO heard them and went around to investigate, they scarpered but he got the licence plate. This is one of many thefts and attempted thefts (see my post in the Stolen forum) in the area over the last few weeks so please everyone, take extra care.
