Strapping pads - anyone know if they are still sold?

My ancient strapping pad has died I've visited the local saddlers and now feel very ancient as the girl didn't know what strapping was (I'm mid thirties!).

I spoke with her boss, who did remember, who said that she didn't think many places sold them any more.

Anyone know of anywhere in Kent/Sussex/London that still stock these or anywhere I can order from online?

Otherwise it's going to be a folded up tea towel for evermore.....

I bought mine new off eBay last year (or year before?) for about £6. I think it was a showing-type seller in Wales.

Hmm...I bought mine at a local saddlers, but that was 5 years ago.

I think I recall seeing them on Equestrian Clearance

I got a lovely old fashioned second hand one from Calcutt & Sons http://www.calcuttandsons.co.uk/. They don't tend to list all their secondhand stuff online, but it's really worth giving them a call to see what they have in stock.
