Hi I have just bought a pair of second hand Westropp knee / brushing boots after seeing some good feedback on here about them.

However - the velcro straps go from back to front of the leg and I was always told to do boots, bandages etc front to back so you dont put strain on the tendons. You cant put them on upside down to get thm "right" because of the knee pad

Are my boots faulty or doesn't it really matter?

I think with these boots they have to work this way - as if the straps went the normal way the would velcro on the inside of the leg and the straps could get knocked undone by the other leg. IYSWIM!

So it's not only me, then!

I stood for ages in my box tacking up, when I first got a pair, sure I was putting them on incorrectly. Daft, isn't it.
