Stretched Girth Strap - Fairfax Dressage

Is it normal for girth straps to stretch ?
It’s been noted on a Fairfax Classic Dressage Saddle for sale & the price reflects this - not sure whether to buy or not.
Would it be expensive to replace if necessary ?

Between £10 and £20 to replace, make sure the person knows what they're doing, proper saddler. Wouldn't be a good reason not to buy a saddle imo.
