Hi guys just need abit of advice on my horse. Recently his urine has been very strong smelling i havent yet caught him peeing to see the colour nothing in his diet has changed just getting abit more grass as hes being strip grazed. My friend has suggested putting him on some global herbs restore the detoxifier as he may have abit of a liver infection. Has anyone got any other suggestions on what it may be or aything like the global herbs to give him in the short term?
Many thanks

Have you noticed any other oddities? Any stiffness, grumpiness, reluctance to go forwards?

I ask because my boy has strong smelling urine and is prone to tying up...and even when he's healthy, he always has strong smelling urine.

Herbs such as milk thistle, dandelions (roots and leaves) nettles and burdock root are good for liver detox. (my boy has, and has HAD a multitude of healthnissues and his liver regularly becomes overloaded, picked up by my Bowen therapist, and these are what I use...as well as a specific liver tonic as a kick start)
