Stroppy Mare - supplements

My mums mare has always been a stroppy mare when in season (which is alot of the time) but today she caught mum, she usually lifts a leg (always the same one) when doing the leg straps on rugs but today she kicked out with the other leg , mum was knocked to the floor but is ok, she managed to spook my boys at the same time and one sent me flying back wacking my head and glasses went flying so i now have a bad chest/back again and banging headache
So what supplements are good for a stroppy/hormonal mare?

Lacey can me a right mad mare when she's in season. We've started her on oestress and this seems to be working well
