Stubben sizing?

Can anyone please tell me how stubben sizing works? What is a 29, 30, or 31 width?
What is the stubben equivelent of a normal wide?

Im actually after a 31/32 old style parcival to show in, so the strait cut one!!! Thanks for your reply Druid, a great help!!
