Opinions please :-)

I have a just got a saddle for jumping but now need a girth for my sensitive lad.
He currently has a stubben neoprene one and he loves it. I dont want anything too narrow and the stubben long girth looks a bit on the narrow side, just seen the string girth and the reviews look quite good, but would love to hear your opinions please.
many thanks x

Have one for my highland which is great for him, on 1st and 4th girth straps so nicely stretched out. He seems to be happy with it, but he's not sensitive. Got one for Exmoor, but as she's got a very forward girth groove, it just seemed to bunch up on her.

With my very sensitive Arab, I alternated betw the stubben neoprene girth and the string one. The string one was much better in the summer months as she barely sweated underneath it. It's a love soft, mohair mix, I think. It is wide, maybe 5 inches. Keeps the saddle stable too. I highly recommend them...be careful when you wash them though, because they can shrink.

I use them one one of my mares because everything else rubs her. I really like them and they are wider than a standard Girth.

They're great,my horse has very sensitive skin and a forward girth groove and it's fantastic. I've just bought their neoprene one for my dressage saddle, hoping it's as good as the string one

One of my favourite girths, nice and wide, great for stability, and don't rub even the most sensitive types.

ermm, rubbed Frank's elbows :eek3: just too wide and too slippy for him so it started to gather behind his elbows. Lovely and soft but not for us.

My favourite girth never slips or rubs even out hunting jumping for several hours but I have managed to shrink mine by using too hot water to wash

ive had one for years now and love it, never rubbed and i never need to do my girth-up particularly because its soooo grippy.
