At the risk of exposing myself to ridicule...
My little yard opens at the back onto my field. It opens via a large heavy wooden door - well, I should say opened, as the door's stuck closed
. So I'm currently turning the horses out in the front paddock over night, and keeping them on the yard during the day (accessed by the front gate).
But for them to have free access to the yard, I need the back door open! So far I've tried:
-Shoulder barging (ouch!)
-Run up & full body launch at door (reeeeally ouch!)
-Persistant nudging
-Shovel in the gap & try to lever it open
-Electric tape through the gap & tied to handle & try to pull open from the other side
-Spraying WD-40 into the gap
Now I've run out of ideas. The door is free at the top, but stuck at the bottom. There's no vehicle access.
Helllllp
