Stuck on a Livery yard we don't want to be on!

The number of horses doesn't really matter, surely they should have sufficient staff to manage the horses correctly?

And this is why I'm moving. They do not have enough staff for the volume of horses, the only way she could manage is if all her staff worked 7 days a week without a break. The staff are getting tired, lazy and uninterested in the job (Probably because they don't know if they will have one after the sale!) so the care of the animals is suffering. So I'm moving before it gets worse

I understand your reasons for leaving, but at this point (and if she's charged you for services before that she shouldn't have, and you haven't complained) I would just pay the bill till mid October and leave at the end of September, as you have arranged.

And then get on with enjoying your new yard :)
