As per the heading, looking at the Fairfax Stud Girth as we have their normal girths which we love ! But the price tag is pretty huge. I love the science behind Fairfax but wondering what others use and why ? Any other stud girths that offer similar ebenfits out there ?

I bought the prolite dressage girth. I had considered the Fairfax, but the price difference was enough to sway my decision ! From talking to a few friends about them, they all suggested they where as good as a Fairfax. Ive never used the Fairfax so cant confirm either way. Ive used it on my two mares , neither of them has objected to it and all go well.( Even when I accidently had it on the wrong way in a dressage test, id wondered why Pip went a bit humpy in canter ;))

Yep, I'd recommend the Prolite one too. I've never used a Fairfax, but am happy with how the Prolite fits, and it didn't break the bank. Horse seems to like it too, which is the most important thing!
