As Bon is learning to be a big boy now and doing a bit more.
I'm going to caveat now with yes I'm an over thinker
So, he has stud holes. He has successfully been ridden in a set of boots which did not fall down. Unlike Charlie who only ever wears outside studs as I can't keep boots on him!
He is pretty light on his feet and less offended by slipping a little than Charlie as a rule - Charlie is better studded than not in general.
My go to is the little pointy supastuds usually.
I really don't want to get to needing them before I've had chance to give them a practise run however he's jumping happily at home in the field without them and I sort of feel I'm using them for the sake of it - which I kind of am but equally he may be even better with them....
For a training run on ok ground, would you stud front and back 2 studs all round? Back only? Outside only?
