Student Requires Help With Dissertation Project!

Hello everyone, my name is Susie, I am a student at the University of Reading and I am currently working on my final year dissertation project which looks into the ecosystem services and disservices of the domestic dog in the United Kingdom. I am collecting data on the behaviours and attitudes of dog owners in regard to topics such as dog walking, the food you feed your dog(s) and how far you would travel to buy it. I would really appreciate it if you could click on the link below which will take you to my questionnaire, created using Google Forms. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to complete- most questions are multiple choice, with a few short answer questions as well.

Tried to complete but tricky, I walk different distances on the 2 walks we do each day, I collect and dispose of poo depending on where we are walking, I don't drive specifically to purchase bedding etc- I purchase it front work when I am working or see something that I think is a good idea when I am out and about, I don't want to be working out ratios, other bits too but I gave up
 
My apologies but I sort of lost the will once I got to the bit about how many people they meet on a weekly basis & what age bracket these people fall into. Sorry! :(
