I got stung by a wasp or bee today don't know which but it stung me twice. Flew up my t-shirt and couldn't get out, prob got caught in a love handle. Blooming hurts x 2. My horse is lame and I'm bored hence the pointless post.

Well alas there was no chance of it getting stuck higher up if you get my drift. I got stung on the neck last month at a show just before I went in to a class. Told my mate if I went badly I'd throw myself off at the judges feet and say I was going into anaphilactic (scuse spelling) shock and he would have to give me the kiss of life. He looked very tasty and under 80, always a bonus. I won the class and when he gave me the rosette he shook my hand very limply and took his hat off, such a disappointment.

I got stung by one in my car on Monday  it lay in wait for me on the back of the seat, and stung me on the back!

Prime example as to why I hate wasps. They are pure evil

Thanks for the sympathy queenbee - even the name is mocking me in my pain. Just for the record it stung me 3 times, I found another one on my hip ! Anyone seeing me at the point of 'wasp attack' would of thought there's an epileptic tourettes suffer walking down our street ! Found out why my horse is lame tho. puncture wound in the foot so box rest for a week. I was pleased with that as it's gonna p@@s down over the next few days and now I don't have to worry about rugs.

Two stings = definitely a wasp. Bees have barbed stingers so when they've stung you and they try to pull their stingers out, their innards come out too and they die. For this reason bees are usually less inclined to sting. Hope this makes you feel better!!!!!

Well if it makes you feel better I was stung by a wasp on my "chest" in the summer while on holiday - out enjoying early sun in a nightdress. Luckily SIL was very swift with the antihistimaine but got a lot of mickey take about having a very swollen chest thereafter ( I am not under endowed!)
