stupid estate agents

The first time they advertised my property they put it up for next door neighbours asking price £50,000 less than mine.I have just reduced it by £10,000 and couldnt find it online absolutely shocked to discover they have knocked £110,00 of asking price.
I despair

If that doesnt generate some interest I give in

What they have reduced it by £110,000??? I don't think they can legally do this - advertise it at a lower price without your permission?

Did you have several valuations done before putting it on the market?

They have made a mistake and entered extra £100,000 instead of £10,000 thats second time they have put it up for wrong price.

A different agent might be called for here as they do not seem to know what they are doing!
