Stupid question I know!

I just bought a sheep skin seat saver as I'm hacking out a lot now and my butt is suffering!

Me and OH have put it on but we're not convinced we have put the straps in the correct places... I know it's not rocket science and I'm ashamed to ask but does anyone else have one and where to you put the straps??
