stupid question

Hi all, gonna ask a silly question now. How do hunts hunt 'within the law' do they follw a trail now, or is the fox shot instead of the hounds killing it? i want to go but think it might help if i understood this part thanks!

both really... our hunt follow a laid trail, some flush hounds to a gun or a hawk, some go rabbiting, and some run with a combination of those!...

best to speak to the hunt you're planning on going with - they should be more than happy to answer your questions, although they may be a bit vague on the details if they are running more than one option to keep subscribers happy by mimicking pre-ban hunting more closely.
