Subject: Livery – Bourne End, Berkhamsted, Potten End – ADVICE NEEDED!

Hello, I have recently moved to Bourne End/Berkhamsted from London and am looking for a livery yard to put my competition mare at. I currently have her at a yard the other side of Berkhamsted but unfortunately I seem to be the only person who rides after work or at weekends so I’m there by myself and therefore don’t think it’s going to work out for us long term - I don’t relish the idea of being stuck on the yard by myself in the depths of winter!

What I’m looking for is part livery somewhere in Berkhamsted/Bourne End/Potten End area with a good size ménage. Most importantly though is that the yard has people who ride in the evenings and weekends – as missing general companionship! I would be grateful if anyone has any ideas. I was told by someone that there was livery at Fields End Farm in Potten End but can’t seem to find a number etc so any help on this or any other yard would be really appreciated!

I'm in a similar position having recently moved to the area and am keeping my horse miles from my house. Did you ever track down a livery yard in Bourne End, Berkhamstead, Potten End area? As I'd be keen to get on a waiting list if there is such a thing! Look forward to hearing from you soon.
