Daisy has just started overreaching. I'm pleased that she's stepping under more now and not taking little short steps that she was when her back was sore but I don't wan her to hurt herself. Is there anything that I can do schooling wise to sop her overreaching? I do have lessons but am curious as to what I can be working on before my next lesson because we've not had this before

speak to your farrier - he can roll the toes of her shoes to speed the breakover so she doesn't over reach. also check he has not left her toes too long. Other than that - overreach boots.

Are her toes too long? If not, I'd just use overreach boots for the moment

Sounds like she is forging then. Its when the toe of the hind foot taps the underside of the fore foot. Think is mainly caused by a lack of balance, so loads of transitions should help.

Speak to your farrier too as think they can fit rolled toes on the front. Think this moves the breakover point, so the front feet get out the way quicker.
