My mum had the harmony... Was great on a youngster who changed shape. She also used it on her latest horse, but because he has such a big movement the flair made it like sitting on a spacehopper. She never had a problem with hers, and it was sold to a para rider fir decent money. Interestingly I think her latest model is available flocked.
However you will probably get a whole load of negative posts - I think there's good and bad in every make if I'm honest. Deflating airbags seem to be a common theme, although we never had a problem with ours. We have a Paul Fielder International now
I agree there are good and bad in every brand so I don't want people to skirt the issue, would be good to hear both sides of the coin* as it's a lot of money to invest.
My only experience of them is , my what a price!!! The ones I have seen seem to have very long panels for the seat size which can be a prob on a short backed horse.
Following my experience with them I wouldn't touch with a very long bargepole! Poor quality and workmanship, poor fit, and the customer aftercare is horrendous. After spending £1400 on a new made to measure saddle from them, 18 months later I had a crippled horse who had become dangerous to ride, and a huge repair bill as the saddle needed a brand new flair system fitting, and the stitching had all come away.
