Suffolk riding schools - anyone been to either of these?

Just wondering if anyone has experience of Poplar Farm Stables, Hundon, Suffolk (not Poplar Park near Woodbridge) or Withersfield Hall School of Equitation near Haverhill?

If so, what are they like for adult lessons?
