Suggestions for dressage hats?

I've decided I look like a complete scruff doing dressage in my crash hat, and seeing as I'm planning on doing some affiliated dressage this winter I'd like to get myself a proper dressage hat. Something like this:

Needs to be navy, preferably under £100 or as cheap as possible whilst still looking smart!

Does anyone have any suggestions for good makes?

I was poking around on Equestrian Clearance yesterday and they have some very inexpensive velvet hats that look really nice and would be fine for wearing in a dressage test. They have the flesh-coloured leather harnesses, but given the price (£25) you could always cut the harness off if you want a "strapless" look.
