Suggestions for Event Rider in Yorkshire area

I'm looking for suggestions to ride/compete a 16hhs coloured horse - established at BE100 with a few novice runs. Ideally not someone too tall as he's quite a compact horse and preferably based in Yorkshire so not too far from home so I can go & watch easily.
The budget is limited so the likes of Nicola Wilson are out!! But would like someone with a good track record - so no wannabe's!!!

I'm in East Yorks but we are quite limited in this area so happy to look at all options - just want to be able to visit & watch occasionally without having to travel too far!

Ian Bennett, showjumps and events. lovely rider, not a huge yard, he is based just north of Lincoln so pretty easy for you to get to.
