hi, any suggestions on a slightly stronger bit for my 13yo connie? she’s recently become quite fit, resulting in her becoming a lot stronger. particularly jumping, shes always been strong but its got to the point where i am completely losing control after jumps (head down tanking off) and no amount of walking/trotting jumps and asking her to halt after, or placement poles etc seems to have worked. had another woman on the yard ride her and had the same issue. unless you have any other suggestions, could anyone recommend a stronger/different bit? she is currently in a small full cheek snaffle with lozenge, but doesn’t seem to be doing the trick :/
teeth and back have been done recently, am certain it is not pain linked, she has always been the type to get very excitable! nothing too harsh either. thanks.

Mine for xc schooling has double jointed rubber 3 ring gag ( on the second ring ), she’s only young so will of course change it when she starts BE due to the rules. She’s very sensitive mouthed but seems to work fine for her :)
