Suggestions on what to dow ith my saddle now sid is back in work?

As he has lost all his muscle tone and is basically just all belly at the mo his withers are protuding a lot than they would when he had his top line should i get a pad or something to go underneath?

Try a riser pad or go on the first thought equine (WOW saddles) website as they do an air panel adjustable pad which is really useful.
