Suitable footwear

For horse work in this weather.
Currently trying to wear my neoprene wellies but really desperate for a good alternative that's cooler!
A big part of my job is washing off of horses as in complete hose downs often in bit of a hurry and always in a wash box that water stands in. I'm also skipping out shavings etc.
can't wear trainers as lots do as I'd be soaked through and can't stand shavings in my feet!
Any alternative ideas?

When i worked at the livery yard i used to wear timberland boots. There waterproof and heavy duty. Bought them around 9 years ago and its only now that they have started to show there age

I had the jodhpur version of those wellies, I LOVED them and had another pair on order. Cooler then the wellies but still water proof and comfortable.
