Hello! Now we are finally seeing some summer weather, what boots do you find cooler? Leather? Short boots and chaps? Pull on country styled boots? Ive a jumping lesson this afternoon and it's forecast 23!
Thanks

I usually wear the same boots all year round but just have thinner socks for summer and find that helps! Although I usually struggle more in winter with my feet getting cold rather than them getting too hot! :)

At some point in the spring, I swap my Ariat Conistons for a pair of smart long leather riding boots. If it gets north of 25 degrees, I swap those for Tuffa Endurance riding trainers and mesh half chaps, though I generally prefer long boots to half chaps.

I have the ariat trainer jod boot things, I love them. Then regular chaps.

I bought some mesh chaps from Just Chaps when i went on a riding holiday in South Africa and they were great but it's only my feet that get hot not my lower legs.

I tend to wear Ariat Coniston over Autumn/Winter.

Then Shires riding trainers with Just haps half chaps Spring/Summer. I have a pair of JC mesh chaps too for v.hot summer days, which are great!
