I can understand that your OH isn't happy with the fact that you have been injured twice in a few weeks, especailly as he isn't horsey and doesn't understand how these things happen, or how often.
But injuries can happen with any horse, either from falling off, or from the beggars standing on your feet or other daft stuff. If Summer can do what you want to do with her and you can adapt your management to train her into a well-mannered horse who understands your ways, why would you sell her on?
Every time we go near any horse we are taking a (calculated) risk. They are *all* big unpredictable animals.
