Sunday evening Titchy fix

Awwww, big grins and leaky eyes, that has got to be the best thing I have seen for ever, you have a little star there, not sure if I mean the pony or the child :-) actually both!! It was lovely to watch.

Thanks Lj. Got him almost a month ago, unbroken! He's only been ridden about 6 times as we had snow for half of that...:D

Yes, FW, I am a regular lurker on here and have been following your posts, its lovely to see how you are getting on with him, It warms my heart to see little uns (kids and ponies) enjoying each other so much.

Why do your videos of these two always bring tears to my eyes ? they are just soooo gorgeous - and hubs has just asked me why I shouted "Around the World, yeee haa !!" out !

What a fab pair. :)

He has done so much for her confidence already. It's great having such a small pony as I don't actually worry if she might fall off (indeed, she did on a round the world attempt today!) plus she can lead him about etc. She can almost mount from the ground, won't be long til she can, and can get off herself. Once she got the hang of rtw she was wanting to do it all the time, including while we were walking along. She is a total kamikaze now lol. She is happy to go out for a couple of hours as well where as before she would be whining after half an hour. He is just a super star, can't believe how lucky I was to get him for her.

Sooooo cute!!

Love how you have the patience to let her do everything herself :D

Lol I have no patience it's just the sooner she can do it the sooner I won't have to;) :o

Can actually see me being able to lead him off the 13.1 (not the beast in my sig) by the summer which will mean I can ride soooo much more than I do now. Can't wait!:)

Well, we want Half Scissors next :D:D
Just so lovely to watch, a beautiful little girl and a super star of a pony.
I get so much fun watching my 3 1/2 y/o daughter ride our 11.2 sec a. Currently we have to head to the flooded bit of the field so she can ride through water:)

:D love your updates....nice to see your daughter so happy and confident and i see you are making her do the jobs as well.....good idea to start them young!!!!!!

Sorry for making everyone cry :o:D

Lol yes poor Titchy apparently wanted to walk in every puddle we could find. We were doing xc banks today as well. My daughter is 4 in April. It's great seeing it through their eyes isn't it.

Thanks. I am really amazed at how she has come on. We had ponies before him (standard Shetland she rode mainly and my 13.1) but the old Shetland was too grumpy for her to handle and the 13.1 too big to let her just lead around. He is just perfect. I know she will out grow him fairly rapidly but I think the boost to his confidence he has given her is totally worth it. She has a sec A waiting to break next :D

This ^^^ :) Thanks for posting, lovely way to end Sunday watching that.

I clicked on the vid thinking 'yeh yeh crying schmying'.

You got me. I think it is the love of the pony and desire for a little one that had me quite quickly. The music was a killer Fw! The bit where I got really teary was watching her do 'round the world' - her little tentative wobbles and hesitations.

More please.

Works just as well on a Monday morning- its fabulous!

Impressive round the world on a slippy rain sheet- and some of it with no hands!!!

Both pony and daughter are adorable! :)

Lol thanks. It's a an equafleece so honestly not slippy but I was quite impressed as well! She did it for the first time at PC last Monday and I had to show her every stage and hold on to her, her balance is so much improved already. Once she had done it once she wanted to do it constantly, to the point of not getting home in daylight :D

Just adorable. Always makes MY eyes leak too! Brings back very fond memories of my now 19 year old daughter's early riding career and the happy days when it was just the pony, her and me sharing our day at a show. Treasure every moment!

Awwww..... Awwww...... Awwww..... I'm usually made of stone but your titchy vids... Awwww..... :) :) :) Love how your daughter is always smiling, love titchy, love them both! cutest pair, he is a star pony!
