What about a traditional wool Witney exercise sheet rather than the fleece Rambo ones? They are expensive new but you could find one secondhand.

How did you find the sizing? I find myself in the same situation that a ride on sheet slips back so looking at quarter rugs. Eyeing up a thermatex

The one I have borrowed is 4’6 which it says on the website 6’-6’6
My horse is between 6’6 and 6’9
The 4’6 is ok but I think I’m going to look out for a 4’9

I have just purchased a thermatex but I’m interested in the fit of the Kentucky ones. My horse is 6’9 in most rugs, I ordered a Kentucky cooler and it’s massively short on him.

I've got an amigo that attaches round the saddle and has a 200gm liner that will be for sale if anyone wants it. Very similar to their competition sheet in style. I had it for the 16.1hh chunky TB.

The PSSM pony had one of the rambo fleeces as its super thick and warm, and then either relective or waterproof sheet over the top for hacking.

I use the medium on my 14.2 & it’s slightly big, I’m also a Kentucky retailer & I’d recommend the full, they come up largeish if that’s any help
