Supplements for puffy legs

I Have just been on the global herbs website and they have a supplement that apparently stops puffy legs. As i dont really want to have to bandage her back legs up for the rest of her life I wouldnt mind giving it a try.
Has anyone else ever used it?? If so what were your views?? Its called lymph blend
