What a lucky lot we are heh?? My OH is brilliant. I didn't have horses when we met, although I rode, after about a year I moved in with him and was like "oh, look at all these fields you have, perhaps I could get a horse?", 12 years and 5 horses later - oops, and if thats not enough I also set up a small livery yard so not only does he have to deal with me he has various other "neurotic horsey woman" (as he puts it) to cope with, and he always does so with a smile on his face.
He's great, helps out as much as he can, does all the heavy yard jobs. I had a baby in November so he's done most of this winters hard work. He drives us to competitions and will happily spend the day if he has nothing else on. He is very good at helping out distressed ladies who can't park their trailers and alway does my horses studs for me (most hated job ever!!), and has been called upon by many friends to help do theirs. regularly left hanging on to "balloon" type horsey while I have a sly cuppa and fag lol.
bless him and I still nag and moan at him far too much (makes mental note to stop!)
It's nice to give credit to our long suffering OH's they deserve it.
