Suprised by X ray result!!! Insurance dilema??

What happened? did they pay? your situation sounds worse than mine hope your horse is alright
 
Glad to hear it was NFU. I have been with them for years and never had any trouble from them.
They are a bit slower on processing and paying these days, and their premiums have gone up, but they have never been anything less than straight with paying out
 
Would just like to say thank you all for your kind words. :-) mine must be a minor problem compared to other peoples horses on here my boy is in realtivly good health and now i am aware of the situation i can manage it correctly.

I am glad it has come out well.
My one experiance with insurance was a LOU claim the company was the NFU they where fantasic so fair with the horses owner.
