I ordered a set of these due to the reviews, but cannot for the life of me get hold of the company via phone or email to find out where exactly my order is (they claim to be available 24/7)....has anyone else had issues contacting them?

I have had no issue with emailing them in the past. I recently ordered some new blades and they did take a while to come with no order updates, but they did arrive fine!

Thanks AmberThePony, they are useless it seems with communication...my horses are half clipped (clippers died half way through) and I need them done before a show on Monday. You would expect them to have been posted within a few days, but still have not received them. They claim to use UPS, but I don't know anyone that uses UPS and have not been sent tracking.

Hi I've emailed sure clip in the past without issue. Then I ordered clippers from them in October. Within a few days I still hadn't heard anything from them not even an email receipt! So I emailed them and when they replied she seemed a bit abrupt but said they were extremely busy and that she was trying to do everything alone with a small baby at home... Or something like that. I felt for her but did think that that's not my problem and they need to sort out more help. She did promise they were going out in the mail the next day tho it had already been 4 or 5 days I think. Then they arrived promptly. Since then I've emailed at least twice to ask questions but have had no further replies! I think you'll get them... Just maybe a little slowly than we are used to!

I ordered the actual clippers. I must say although I waited 2 weeks for them, they work bloody well!

I bought the cordless horse clippers. My friend had them and was very pleased with them for the price. I also found if I used the email address 'customercare@sure-clip.co.uk' I got a response. They were very helpful as I needed the fine blades replacing as for some reason they just wouldn't fit as well as the course blades. Fingers crossed the replacements work as I haven't had time to try them yet. I find it difficult to get the tension quite right but other than that I'm pleased with them. They cut well and the batteries last.
