Sureclip, Masterclip or heineger handys....???

As title suggests, after a good set of clippers But and a big but must be lightweight and not too bulky for my arthritic hands/wrists!! Not interested in battery powered, prefer mains and they must be able to get through hairy coblets coat!! I've seen masterclip has goo!!d reviews and heineger are staple good olds but anyone had any experience with Sureclips? Havent got a massive budget either under £ 200!!
Many thanks ( no i'm not clipping yet but it wont be long as mine has a hairy bod thanks to PPID ( cushings!)
 
Heiniger from the ones you've mentioned but there are plenty of other quality makes out there. I appreciate that Masterclip are considerably cheaper but I would rather buy a second hand pair of quality clippers than a brand new pair of Masterclip. This is the time of years to pick up a bargain as not so many people are looking for them at the moment.

I have Heiniger Handy's, they're awful. So fiddly. That little square spinny thing on the mechanism inside gets jammed continually and trying to find somewhere to service/ fix them is like looking for hen's teeth. Wouldn't buy them again and they'll probably be replaced with Liveryman when they finally die.
 
I have sureclips. They are good clippers but I find them quite heavy. Had mine for a few years and they still work okay, but I know they wont last forever as they were so cheap. Will get a 'proper' pair like lister next time though as I borrowed a friends and they were amazing.
 
I have the Masterclip V Series and am very impressed. My horse doesn't ahve a mega thick coat as he is a WB but I was struggling with Moser Avalons as it was taking too long and he gets nervous and reaches his time limit of tolerating clipping. The V Series are great as they have variable speed, horsey is skin sensitive so I can turn it down for tickly bits and then up and power through the less sensitive areas. I am really impressed with the quality although I have only done one clip so far.
 
I bought some sureclip clippers a few months back - they didnt even manage to clip 1/3 of a 10hh pony when the stopped working! Ended up having to return them. Wouldnt buy them again at all but cant fault the customer service.
 
I had some Masterclip Rangers and they were very bulky and noisey - I sold them as too big and heavy to hold comfortably.
