my mare had physio the other day and whilst she was there she measured how much 'bone' she has.
she's a sturdy little welsh cob with 7 3/4 inches of bone, that's only a quarter less than the other two cobs on the yard (14.3 and 15.3, though the 15.3 is still growing).
I'd have thought she'd have less bone at her height but the physio made a comment about good breeding and things ergo better bone and confo etc..
is that usual for a 13.3 cobby or do they usually have less.
