Surrey dressage Instructors

Hi I'm looking for a new dressage instructor I would like someone experienced who has a good track record. I do eventing with my horse and have tried a few instructors but no one who has really been able to click with me and my horse and the way he works. I was wondering if anyone has had a great dressage instructor who has ridden up to a good level and really understands horses and how to make them want to work rather then forcing it to much. Has anyone had anyone great who isn't ridiculously expensive.
