Hi Im in desparate need to get transort tonight for my pony. Horse needs to be moved off yard in Ash/Normandy area. Can't go in to much detail but police are involved and for pony/our own safety police have said he has to be moved ASAP. Have tried all local transport companies and they can't help until tomorrow morning but YO will not accept this. I can't get hold of friend with transport either

PLEASE if you can help let me know, i can let the full story be known to the person who helps but as this is an open forum i don't want to expose full details. I'm sat here in tearsand shaking

also sorry for the capital letters in title and any spelling mistakes!

I feel terrible for not owning horse transport - I'd help out in an instant. If no-one on here can help, could you also try the RSPCA/Bluecross etc as it seems like an emergency? What about livery yards - I know it's late but someone might be able to help.

If there's anything else you need give me a shout - I'll do what I can

Fingers crossed someone nearby can give a hand.

I hope you get it sorted, I was only changing my glass of bed side water tonight, yesterday's didn't get drunk and I poured it away...

anyway it reminded me of an old YO who once said (when I questioned her to why my boy didn't appear to have fresh water) 'well we're on a meter here and he needs to drink what he's got'...

story over I was desperate to move my horses there and then...as she flew off on one when I said it wasn't acceptable (I was on part livery) and wanted to move my horses that evening, so feel for you and hope you and your ponio are safe tonight.

Just had a thought have you contacted your local vet? They might be able to help, both with transport or suggest someone local and maybe even a stable for tonight if you explain your situation? x

Crickey just been reading this post and I'm sat here now wandering if you are OK and your little neddy?
I hope you managed to get this sorted...I had a similar thing happen a couple of years ago and police were also involved and I was fearing my my horse's saftey aswell as mine...I managed to have my boy ridden away in a flash and i wouldn't go up on my own either so I can kinda understand the importance to you please let us know you are all OK!!!
am worried bout you all now

Hello Everyone
Managed to get someone to move him this morning. Police had to come out though

and things of mine have been kept by them. Obviously I can't go in to full details openly on the forum but if you wish to know more details feel free to PM me. Lucky pony is out of there now and safe in a friend's field until we move to the new yard.
Thank you all for your concern, support, help and links!

Has your horse been sorted? I know a really nice yard run by some friends of mine in sh opp. the chinese owned by a mother and son, they're normally full but I'm sure they would help you out if I gave the a call for you as they have lots grazing. PM me if you need a hand.
